Join us for a 7 day Yoga retreat in the Calabrian countryside. Enjoy the tranquility, pure mountain air and stunning panoramic views. We offer two sessions of yoga a day, the chance to relax by the pool or explore the fabulous countryside of the Pollino National Park. We also provide a complete service for visiting Yoga teachers and their own groups. It is also possible to organise shorter or longer stays. Flights are often cheaper mid -week, so if this is more convenient we are happy to consider this as an option.

Prices include everything except flights and holiday insurance. We will collect you from the airport, our nearest is Lamezia Terme, just over one and a half hours away with regular Ryanair flights from London Stansted. There are also airports, two hours away, at Bari and Brindisi with regular flights from London Gatwick. It is possible to eat out at several local restaurants if desired and all meals and local wines are included.
Prices for 2023
£650 per person-for a shared double room in house, £850 for single occupancy, £550 per person in nearby (2 minutes) shared log cabins.
